Linder Participates in Construction Trades Career Day

Linder participated in the Construction Trades Career Day last Friday, May 10, sponsored by Smith-Rowe LLC at the local Veterans Park in Mt. Airy, NC. All students from high schools and middle schools in Surry County were invited to learn more about careers with local companies. Linder’s Western North Carolina’s sales group delivered a Komatsu WA270-8 for this event. It was a great addition to all the other equipment brought in by several vendors and partners Smith-Rowe LLC is affiliated with.
John Suggs, Product Support Representative at Linder had the opportunity to engage with students and provided them with information about Linder and the various career opportunities available after high school and college. “All of the students were very respectful and receptive to the many jobs related to our industry and were quite surprised at the different options for career paths within Linder,” said Suggs.
